About the event

Join us for an empowering self-defense seminar designed specifically for women. This session will cover essential techniques and strategies to help you feel more confident and prepared in any situation. No prior experience is required—this class is perfect for beginners!

What You’ll Learn:

  • Basic self-defense moves and techniques
  • Situational awareness and prevention strategies
  • How to leverage your strengths against larger opponents
  • Defense against common attacks
  • Safety tips and best practices

Instructors: Led by Colleen & Chad Moore who are a husband-and-wife team. Both are Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do, train in Brazilian Jujitsu, and are passionate about teaching self-defense to anyone willing to learn.

What to Bring:

  • Wear Comfortable clothing
  • Water bottle & towel
  • An open mind and positive attitude!

Who Should Attend: This seminar is open to all women, ages 13+. Whether you’re looking to learn new skills or refresh your knowledge, this class is designed to empower and equip you with practical tools.
